CIRCLE WORK & GROUPS

Once you have worked with me individually or have attended one of my mindfulness courses, you are welcome to join one of my circles or groups.  

I am trained in Circle Work, as led by Jalaja Bonheim. I facilitate groups in ways that use a sacred and time-honored way of sitting together and creating a place of safety, kindness and compassion. By dedicating ourselves to a space such as this, we listen from a deep place of ever-increasing connection, communion and growth. This can be nourishing, and it invites us to slow down, breathe and relax. Circles such as this challenge us to face our tendency to incessantly think, talk and live from a busy mind. Through circle work, we find our way to more natural freedom and less stress. These cause powerful ripples that shift every relationship we are in, and help bring about a more collective consciousness in our communities. 

Lynne has a masterful capacity to: create a safe and loving container, ask powerful questions, assist me in discovering my patterns that get in my way and diligently coach so I am making key changes in my life. I learned how to be with my feelings (difficult and positive!) and connect with myself and others in deeper ways. Being in her circle was amazing! She modeled tools and practices that I take to my wellness work with youth. Lynne skillfully weaves logic and science with spiritual and body-based work. She is playful, spontaneous, expressive, and very present and giving with her energy - yet so very capable of being real and authentic.
